SOUTHINGTON — A local man has been charged with sexual assault in incidents that were reported in 2015 and 2016.
David Boulanger, 65, of 109 Spring Hill Rd., was charged Thursday with two counts of first-degree sexual assault, one count of fourth-degree sexual assault and three counts of risk of injury/impairing the morals of a child.
Sgt. Jeffrey Dobratz said the victim was known to Boulanger.
He was arraigned in Bristol Superior Court on Thursday. According to statements in court, Boulanger does not have a criminal record. The judge set bond at $150,000 and transferred the case to New Britain Superior Court.
