Cheshire man charged with fourth-degree sexual assault, risk of injury to a minor

CHESHIRE — A local man is charged with fourth-degree sexual assault after a reported incident with a minor.

Thomas Reginald Davis, 64, of 10 Rising Trail Drive, was also charged Tuesday with two counts of risk of injury and impairing the morals of a minor.

In an incident in September, Davis reportedly touched a minor inappropriately, according to his arrest warrant. A second minor reported Davis made inappropriate comments in a separate incident.

Davis was arraigned in Meriden Superior Court on Tuesday. Bond was set at $25,000 and Davis is due back in court on April 25.
