The National Weather Service issued a statement warning residents of black ice due to cold temperatures today.
Temperatures are forecast to be below freezing all day, then dropping into the teens overnight. Winds will have gusts up to 25 miles an hour. Thursday is forecast to have a chance of rain after 1 p.m. with temperatures near 40 degrees. Wind chill values on Thursday will be between 15 and 25 degrees.
